A Slower Pace. Friends. Nourishment
Today I am grateful for….
1. A low key work day. I got to focus on just a few tasks and work at my pace and it was just what I needed since I’ve been lacking energy lately from the side effects of Covid.
2. Friends who bring food and love! I mentioned to my group of mom friends in a chat that I was still feeling lethargic from Covid, and one amazing friend brought over a grocery list of food, way more than I asked for and I am so grateful that this single mom has friends like this.
3. Protein. I have felt anemic lately and haven’t been eating a lot of protein or really anything of substance since being sick also affects my appetite. I decided to have protein today and I feel my energy coming back.
