Joshua 1:9
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Papa, we are half way through the year. Everything my heart has yearned for this year has happened. Yet I don’t feel deserving of it. I think part of why I don’t feel very deserving is Mike and I are going to have to stretch our faith so much to make our dreams come true and trust that you’ve got our backs and want this for us. Today’s bible verse says “be strong and courageous”. I feel like this is being strong and courageous. Stepping out making some decisions where we don’t know if it will all work out but knowing through it all….you’ve got us. You’ve got Mike, you’ve got me. You’ve got my boys.
We are officially a family and need to do everything we possibly can do to make it work. Keep praying, keep inviting God in. Keep being grateful.
Lord I feel very unsettled with boxes and things every where. Not everything has a place yet, and quite frankly the disorder of it all is driving me a little bit nuts. Help me to find the time to get organized. Bless my time, make it productive, fruitful, profitable, useful, necessary, help me not to waste time.
There will be time down the road to waste time.
Thank you Lord!
