Colossians 3:14

“Above all put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.”

Papa, love is the answer to most things. When things are rough, showing another person love is how they can find hope and get out of the deepness they feel. When people need help, you show them love. When you care about your work, you put “love, or care into it.” Things that are loved are taken better care of. People that are loved are taken better care of and thus can take better care of others around them.

So yes, I agree. “Above all things, love.”

Love when it’s hard to love.

Love when you are tired.

Love when life seems too much, just hold on to the people you love and show them love.

Love casts out hate.

Love destroys evil.

Love.

Love your stubborn teenage child who doesn’t want to help around the house, who rolls his eyes at you. Love him anyway.

Love, even when you are overwhelmed. Showing others how you can love through the mess, will show people God’s love for us.

We become great witnesses through this process.
